a new team for us

After talking to chapbros media it has been decided that there will be a rearangement of teams. There will now be 4 main teams they will be called north, south, east and west. Teams uk north and team talent will be combining to become team east. The two team leaders from the individual groups mentioned above will be working together and hopefuly this new combined group will be stronger than the two individual ones. Thank you for all that you have done for this individual team and both myself and the other team leader hope to have your continued suport in the new and improved group

ChapBros Media is pleased to announce, SHOW OFF, the worldwide talent competition EXCLUSIVELY on Apple’s iPhone and iPod Touch.
ChapBros Media is the brainchild of Duane Lee Chapman, Wesley D. Chapman and Leland B. Chapman, the sons of world famous DOG The Bounty Hunter. ChapBros Media has just received the thumbs up from Apple Inc. and is excited for the launch of SHOW OFF in the app store this upcoming week!
SHOW OFF gives users the ability to submit videos of their talents and vote via the iPhone or iPod Touch for their favorite video submissions. Weekly prizes will be given for the overall winners and every 14 weeks one Ultimate SHOW OFF will be crowned!
As SHOW OFF develops so will the prizes! Due to Apple’s restrictions, ChapBros Media is unable to give away cash prizes. But the Chapman brothers have a few ideas up their sleeves! Prizes will consist of t-shirts, bags, hats, guitar straps, drum sticks, flip video cameras, mugs and more.
ChapBros Media has taken their business plan to the social community in a very effective and aggressive way. By utilizing MySpace, Facebook and Twitter the Chapman brothers have not only created hype, but have turned their fans into active marketing agents. Teams have been created and given critical duties to help grow the SHOW OFF project and the ChapBros Media brand. Teams are assigned missions and each team is rewarded for the completion of these missions.
Not only does this bring the fans closer to the project and the Chapman brothers, it also fuels viral and social marketing. In just days the ChapBros Twitter, MySpace and Facebook accounts have gathered thousands of fans and are growing every day.

new flyers

ok people the guys have new flyers on there facebook page unfortunatly im having problems downloading them so if you wish to get them off there please do and once i can solve the problem i will place them on team uk norths facebook page. i have a ruff leter i wrote for the last mission and also a poem if anyone thinks they would help or would like them to send to their news paper please let me know. i also wrote a ruff description of what show off is as well so again if you would like to use this again please contact me and i will be in touch. thank you

mission 2 let the fun begin

Teams,
This is your second mission and as you will see this one is not a warm up!!
Your mission if you chose to accept is: ( Please reply to this email with ACCEPT or DECLINE )
"Your team is to get 2 talent videos submitted and approved by the judges of SHOW OFF. To prove this you simply need to have your group's name in the description of the video upload. Now these need to be true talent videos and must be approved and get through the judging process. You have seen some of the talent videos, think of this as American Idol or Britain's Got Talent, someone just signing into the camera or dancing! Nothing fancy, just TALENT!!!
Your team must also get SHOW OFF or Chapbros Media in your local paper. Now each team just needs to do this in 3 different papers. This needs to be either printed or news station's blog. Apple as given the green light on the app and it will be in the app store Monday or Tuesday so that will help. Now this is easy to prove. Just send us a link to the news station or newspaper blog or send us a photo of the newspaper!
Now one more thing... as a collective group the Facebook page needs to get to 3300 members and MySpace to 1900! Again we get in newspapers, this is not an issue!
As you can see this is not as easy as the first mission, but does give your team more things to do. Use your members talents and resources and recruit more members if you need them! Go to forums, blogs, anywhere you can to get more people to know about all the fun we are having with ChapBros!
How can we do this you ask? Get out and talk to people, take flyers out, take a camera, find those awesome street acts and ask if you can enter them into a contest! Talk to friends, co-workers, relatives and so on! Make sure you get the TALENT'S email address don't post it under your email if the talent isn't yours. We will be sending you a press release to send out to newspapers, if you have an idea for one just send it to us for approval! Get the word out! We as ChapBros have some bigger things planned for this week!"
Your teams reward if you complete the mission by: 9/14/09 10PM MST is,
"A conference call with DL! How will this work? Simple, DL will call you, as a team leader, and you will need to conference in your members. You can record the call as well! Now it will be up to you who gets on this call and how you get this conference call set up! We will tell you the time and we will give you a day to set it all up! Now this call with be for 2 minutes! Go ahead, time it... that is a good amount of time!! Skype can do conferencing calls for our International Teams!"
If your team does not meet the goal then you will receive a very nice email from us! Get out there and GO NUTS!!

if any of you have used mobile phones to film your videos please check what format they are if they are 3gp please contact me as i need you to send them to me so that chapbros media can recive them a diffrent way to the normal upload, as unfortunatly the player on the website where you upload is unable to read these files at the moment.

a quick message

due to a number of messages i have been receiving most of what we do will be put in our facebook page. i will however also keep this open and updated for any of you who wish to just follow us on here and not on facebook. our facebook link is posted below.

at this point i would like to thank chapbros media for giving me and my friends the opportunity to help them to get there new business endevor into the public eye.

i have had at least 8 of my team working realy hard and helping in every way imaginabul. even my children have been helping by following the postman and posting flyers through the doors of our local neighbourhood.
